Pharmacogenetics new at MLL

Variants in our genes influence the breakdown and effect of pharmaceuticals. Pharmacogenetic analyses of these variants make it possible to individually adjust the dosage for patients in order to avoid overdoses and side effects. Thus, one third of all serious side effects of chemotherapeutic agents containing fluorouracil can be prevented by pharmacogenetic testing.

Six areas. One laboratory for leukemia and lymphoma.

Our interdisciplinary setup of the MLL under one roof with constant exchange between the departments guarantees reliable and rapid findings for different forms of leukemia and lymphomas.

Our individual laboratory areas

Combined methods for reliable diagnostic results.

In order to generate the best possible findings for leukemia diseases, the staff of our laboratory is optimally trained. We combine a variety of diagnostic methods: To do this, we use state-of-the-art equipment and technologies, which we can use efficiently thanks to our digital laboratory concept.
