MLL Research Report 2024
This past year stands as a testament to our unwavering commitment. We've refined our diagnostic techniques and embraced cutting-edge technologies, all with the goal of unlocking deeper insights into blood diseases. Our belief remains firm: advancing medicine goes beyond merely assembling diverse expertise—it requires an insatiable thirst for knowledge. This report celebrates our journey toward that goal!
In 2024, our diagnostic workflows have undergone remarkable evolution and expansion. We've embraced machine learning to refine our diagnostic processes, increase our efficiency, and integrate more rigorous quality control measures. For us, integrating AI into healthcare is as much about pioneering new technologies as it is about cultivating trust within the medical community.
We're also exploring exciting frontiers such as VEXAS syndrome, single-cell sequencing, methylation analysis, and long-read sequencing. These areas represent significant advances that are pushing the boundaries of both clinical practice and technology.
This year, our team has been privileged to contribute to several national and international research projects. By sharing our expertise in hematological neoplasms, biobanking and data collection with other research groups, we've supported a wide array of intriguing studies. In the "Manuscript Speed Dating" section, we once again present a curated selection of compelling scientific papers, succinctly summarized for your convenience.
Moreover, this report provides a glimpse into future directions and how we've implemented new structures at MLL to amplify our capacity for innovation.
