Our understanding of the genetic changes underpinning malignant disease has expanded tremendously in the past few years. This is also reflected in the increasingly complex diagnostics on offer, particularly in the field of molecular genetics. Accordingly, it is becoming more and more difficult to clearly understand which are the appropriate diagnostic methods and parameters to select in our test request form, which is currently nine pages long (traditionally available as a PDF for downloading on our website). In order to simplify this process for our clients requesting tests, we have developed a Smart Version of the document – in other words, a dynamic PDF document in which, once you have preselected the (suspected) diagnosis/diagnoses and the desired test method(s), it is primarily the relevant diagnostic parameters in this constellation that are shown. This is intended to greatly increase clarity and allow for much faster processing.

Since the more efficient format greatly reduces the number of pages that need to be printed out in the end, this also helps to preserve the environment at the same time.

You can find the dynamic “Smart Version Test Request Form” PDF on our website under “Downloads,” directly under the conventional PDF version. To use the “Smart Version,” you will need Adobe Reader and have it installed as the standard PDF reader in your browser.
